This month, Armando Sardi, MD, FACS, and John Newman, PFCCAP Ambassador, met with the Galápagos Rescuing Foundation to discuss the current health facilities, the medical needs of the inhabitants, and ways to improve the prevention and early detection of breast and cervical cancer on the islands. The Galápagos Rescuing Foundation works hard to not only take care of the islands' environment but also of its inhabitants.
